Doug’s Place is more than just a meal—it’s a celebration of morning flavors done right.
The first stop after a flight is always food for me. Doug’s Place was definitely the place to be. Their specialty is Omelettes but my preference was Corned Beef Hash, eggs, hash browns and rye toast. Everything including the French Toast and Turkey Bacon were all Delish! The prices are amazing for the quality and food portions. The plates are definitely shareable. The crowd was diverse, the location was great, the service was good and most importantly the food was awesome!
2nd time we came to try their Big Wally. Me and my husband could not finish it because the serving is humongous. Server was very attentive and keeps checking if we want more coffee. It’s packed on the weekend but we don’t mind waiting. Will definitely come back again to try other meals on the menu.
Nice brunch place. Lots of food options. loved hash brown. Hot chocolate good too. French toast presentation was good and it was tasting good too. Go early it gets busy no reservations as far as i know. You need to stand in line to get the table. Service was fast got a big table for 6 people.
Great bang for you buck brunch in this area. You won't leave hungry. We had a few of the omelets (the seafood omelet was so good) and they were fantastic. We were also able to substitute fruit for our potatoes with no upcharge! The servers were on top of everything and seemed to really appreciate our business.
Huge breakfast! Omellete packed full, and the egg made thin on the grill similar to that of a crepe'. It's fantastic. 4 pieces of toast and a lot of potatoes with tasty grilled onions. Coffee is strong and flavorful too. Best american breakfast place I've been to in many years.
Easy to relax here with great service and no pressure. The food is great especially the country potatoes but you have to get the onions on them! And the linguica omelet is awesome too. Bring your appetite because the portions are slightly large. Great place.
The food we order was ok, French toast was mostly covered up by the amount of powdered sugar they put on it, the scrambled eggs that came with it was eh, but the bacon was COLD and RUBBERY, it looks like we got some bacon that was sitting out for awhile. The Hayward Omelet was good, the potatoes that came with it seemed that they were under a heat lamp for awhile, they were kinda dry and barley warm. Wife barley ate her plate halfway. The place is kinda old school with old pictures on the wall, mostly seniors in there when I was there overall the place is chill with a quite vibe, Service was great and food came out with 5-8 minute when we ordered. Maybe I'll try pancakes next time if I go again.
